This steel baffle is suitable for the Mk1 models only. Herald 8 Dry Model and Herald 14 Wet Model only. (Pre 2007)

The baffle plate sits above the fire at the top of the stove inside the firebox, prevents the flames from shooting up the chimney and also protects the stove body from the intense heat of the fire.
