• Stove Usage:

  When using your solid fuel stove, it is vital that all appliances undergo a period of burning in. This involves building small fires initially and gradually increasing the size with each firing.

  This will ensure that your stove anneals and will not crack with the thermal shock experienced when first used. If this process is adhered to, you should experience years of trouble free, enjoyable use.

  Deliveries:

  Your new stove will be delivered to you on a pallet & deliveries are between 8.00am & 6.00 pm Monday to Friday. We are unable to give a specific delivery time & someone must be there to sign for and check the delivery. The delivery is a”curbside” means that the shipper will bring the package to your address, pull the truck up to the front of your house, load the package(s) onto the lift gate on the back of the truck, lower the lift, and push the package(s) onto the sidewalk in front of your house.

  If there is not an incline or stairs leading to your house, the driver may wheel the package(s) to your door.

  The driver is not insured to take your stove inside your home as it is a 2 man lift, so please make sure that there are 2 able bodied persons to do this on delivery. Please make sure you check your delivery thoroughly before signing for it – if in doubt please sign for it as not checked as no claims for damage can be made if signed for in good condition.
