How it Works
The more information and photographs that you send to us, the more it will enable us to provide the most accurate quote for you.
Once we have received this information we will be able to carry out a first survey, we may contact you for additional information and photographs to ensure the quote provided is as accurate as possible.
We will forward you a quote based on the photographs and information you have provided.
If you are happy with the price we have quoted, we will arrange for your stove to be collected by a reputable carrier company. For complete stoves we use Palletline UK and for smaller components i.e. stove doors, we use Parcel Force. We will arrange for the collection to take place at a time and date convenient to you. Information regarding the collection will be forwarded to you as well as advice on how to protect the fire for safe transportation to our workshops.
Once we have received the stove at the workshop, we will carry out a further in-depth survey to clarify the original quote. This final quote will be forwarded to you; we will not begin the restoration of your stove until we have received an email confirming that you are happy with the quote and for us to go ahead with the works.
In the unlikely event that you decide not to proceed with the restoration of your stove, you will only be billed for the collection and redelivery of your stove. There will be no charge for the survey carried out.
The restoration of your stove will take 3 – 6 weeks. We will keep you fully informed on the progression and the expected completion date of the stove. Once we have completed the restoration, we will forward you photographs and an invoice for full payment.
As soon as we have received full payment, your fully restored stove will be shipped back to you and delivered on a date convenient to you.
